Description / Abstract

From the Foreword: The work of Personal Evangelism is a very vital phase of the church program. Its practice began when Andrew went to his brother Simon and invited him to “Come to Jesus.” It has persisted throughout the history of the Christian church. It has no less important a place today. Indeed, it is more essential now than ever to the successful promotion of the Kingdom of God in the earth. The conditions under which we live make personal contact with men absolutely necessary to permanently attach them to the church. This phase of evangelism has not received large emphasis in the church until recent date. The growing interest in this part of the work is one of the most encouraging omens for the days that are ahead.
In the preparation of this little volume Evangelist Jarrette Aycock has rendered the church a great service. It is to be hoped that it will be widely circulated, carefully studied, and put into practice.
