Description / Abstract
Taken from The Manual of the Church of the Nazarene, 2017-2021 the Church of the Nazarene's Articles of Faith are the official doctrinal statements of the denomination. These sixteen articles cover a wide range of biblical and theological beliefs. The Articles of faith are elaborated in the constitution of the Church of the Nazarene, which is found in the denominations Manual. They are updated by the General Assembly of the Church of the Nazarene which meets every four years. In 2013, the General Assembly approved a constitutional amendment that would require that changes to the Articles of Faith go through a more rigorous process of review.
